Notes:

*Former ICAMP student: must provide the ICAMP certificate of attendance.

**Healthcare Professional and Medical Assistant: must provide a qualification certificate attesting the current working status.

*Visitor Pass: only allows access to the exhibition area. Coffee break is included.

Admission

The delegate pass includes:

1. Admission to the scientific sessions
2. Access to the exhibition area
3. Certificate of attendance

Participants are kindly requested to wear their name badges during all Congress activities. The badge grants access to the scientific sessions and the exhibition.

Lost badges will only be replaced against the payment of a handling fee of €50,00 (22% VAT included) and upon proof of original registration.

 

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be sent by e-mail to: iwcm2024.reg@aimgroup.eu.

Cancellations received up to and including October 15^th, 2024 will entitle the participant to a 70% refund. 30% will be kept by the Organizing Secretariat as expenses charge.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the above-mentioned date.

 

Name Changes

After October 15^th, 2024 name changes will incur a handling fee of €50,00 (including 22% VAT) per name change. A new registration form for each replacement will be required before the name change can be processed.

Please note, name changes are only available for individual registrations and small groups (less than 10 people).

Group registrations for IWCM 2024

Notes and deadlines:

• Group registration is considered when a single sponsor/travel agency registers at least 5 individuals using the official group registration form.
• Please note that group reservations without individual e-mail addresses of the participants will not be accepted. Individual e-mail addresses must be specified in order to register a group.
• The group registration deadline (providing the names of registered delegates and ensuring the payment of registration fees) is November 11^th, 2024. After this, name change fees will occur (€50,00 including 22% VAT).
