The delegate pass includes:
Participants are kindly requested to wear their name badges during all Congress activities.
Lost badges will only be replaced against the payment of a handling fee of €50,00 (22% VAT included) and upon proof of original registration.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in written form to the Organising Secretariat AIM Group International – AIM Italy. Please email: iwcm2026@aimgroup.eu. Cancellations received up to and including October 20th, 2026, will entitle the participant to a 70% refund. 30% will be kept by the Organising Secretariat as expenses charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Reimbursements will be processed after the Event.
Name Changes
After October 20th, 2026, name changes will incur a handling fee of €50,00 (including 22% VAT) per name change. A new registration form for each replacement will be required before the name change can be processed.
Please note, name changes are only available for individual registrations and small groups (less than 10 people).
