Next steps

Abstract outcome notifications will be sent out via email as soon as possible. Abstracts will be accepted according to scientific merit and the review process will be carried out by the Scientific Committee.

If your abstract is accepted you will need to:

  •  Register within July 30th (with early bird fee)
  • Accepted abstract authors will be invited to lead a 10-minute PowerPoint presentation, including a 5-minute video showcasing their innovative techniques.Your video will have to be produced, edited and submitted by you before the Congress. More instructions will follow later.
