Accepted abstract authors will be invited to lead a 10-minute PowerPoint presentation, including a 5-minute video showcasing their innovative techniques.

   Please note:

   • Registration of presenting authors is compulsory within June 30^th (with early bird fee).
   • Your video will have to be produced, edited and submitted by you before the Congress.

    

   What will happen at IWCM 2026?

   Abstract authors will enjoy a 10-minute slot each where they will be asked to lead a 5-minute PowerPoint presentation and comment on their 5-minute video.

   How to submit your abstract:

   • Submit your abstract in English by June 18th
   • Abstracts can only be submitted via the online Abstract Submission Service only at this link
   • Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be accepted

   The TITLE should not exceed 200 characters. Do not use abbreviations, spell out words and check that the title is complete in case you copy and paste it into the field.

   The TEXT  should not exceed 350 words and 3000 characters.

   Up to 5 KEYWORDS can be entered.

   Do not repeat authors, institutions, city and abbreviations in the title or in the text since the grading and selection process is blinded.

   Do not include grant acknowledgements references in the abstract content, as they will be deleted.

   At this stage, do not upload any video nor PowerPoint presentation.

   Abstract will be accepted according to scientific merit.
   Final selection of abstract will be made by the Scientific Committee.
   All abstract authors will be notified via email about the outcome (accepted or not accepted) of the review process.

   NOTE:
   If your abstract is accepted, you will need to

   • Register by June 30^th with the early bird fee
   • Provide a PowerPoint presentation and a 5-minute practical video showcasing your innovative technique. More instructions will follow later.
